AAC有着不错的音质表现。 一般来说，同样的码率下，AAC的听感会好于MP3。 apple上面ACC的音频很多，所以苹果设备基本都采用这个编码格式。 当蓝牙支持AAC格式的文件，手机也支持AAC传输时，音质比SBC好很多，普通人能听的出来这种区别。

SBC SBC全称Sub band coding是A2DP（Advanced Audio Distribution Profile）蓝牙音频传输协议强制规定的一种蓝牙编码格式，所有的蓝牙都必须支持这个协议，因此所有的蓝牙耳机也都会支持这个协议，SBC的传输码率是328Kbps，44.1KHz。
总体来说，音质表现上，由高到低为LHDC≈LDAC>aptX>AAC>SBC，这个排序只是单纯从编码技术上得出的结论，实际音效、听感与很多因素相关，比如音源、耳机端、蓝牙性能、延迟性、人的耳朵听力状况及灵敏性。因此 LHDC5.0与LDAC的音质是相当的，或者说略胜，还不敢说稳赢。
