I'd like to join and apply for one of their credit products. Any idea which bureau they use for memebership and is it the same pull for credit approval?

Alliant Credit Union Does anybody have any experience with Alliant? I applied for an account two weeks ago, received an email the following morning to unlock my credit report, and haven't heard back since. I called last week and was told I couldn't be moved to the right department and to call back later.

I would give it a day or one business day since it's the weekend for the system maintenance that happens overnight. The case in my recent credit card approval for another CU, after being approved.

Try adding and connecting your Alliant Credit Union account (s) in this 'test' file by going to the Add Account button denoted by the ' ' icon in the upper menu at the top of the screen, then enter your online banking credentials as prompted. I am curious whether or not this behavior continues in the test file. I look forward to your response.

Re: Alliant Federal Credit Union... Most people report it is a SP to join Alliant. I have seen some people report an EQ hard pull, but it might have been for a checking account. Any loan products apart from a SSL, expect a HP (although, I have never apped with Alliant).

Re: Alliant Credit Union Hard Pull The inquiry will affect your score regardless of whether you actually open the account. No, it wont come back if you actually open the account.

The loan process was incredibly easy. It literally too probably 30 minutes total (to qualify, open a Credit union account, and fund the loan). The payment is withdrawn automatically each month from my normal checking account (not an account with Alliant), so it's pretty much painless. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As has been the case so many times in the past, transactions from Alliant Credit Union are again not downloading. I was getting CC 505 so I deactivated the accounts and tried to "set up online" again.
