the exhaust is very easy to install and the front header pipe and it’s 3 flange nuts are accessible without removing the left side lower fairing. I was able to remove all 3 front header flange nuts from the left side of the bike. The only thing I removed was the front spark plug boot so I could swing the wrench a bit more.

Do you have the Db killers noise inserts in or out of the exhaust? Sometimes they can be more restrictive than the stock mufflers, Termignoni's are particularly bad for this, not sure if Zard is the same but might be worth trying. 2011 Ducati Diavel Carbon, Red. 2020 KTM390 Adventure, Orange.

It's not as popular as the termi or Zard exhaust. Before I bought my exhaust I checked out and found some videos with sound for Arrow, QD exhaust, Shift tec, Zard, and Termis. After considering various options I preferred the look of this exhaust but almost selected another for fear of pillion clearance problems with the HP Corse Evolution 2 1 2 as others had experience and described on the forum.
Discovered Zard for the first one on Eicma 2017 (another thread here) and seeing this was a very good alternative to Termi, as I wanted something similar to the original. And "everyone" should have the giant elephant penis (Termi) on both sides...
