然后，在AIDA64的系统稳定性测试功能面板中，选择温度（Temperatures）选项卡，并在左上角的测试指标中选择CPU压力、FPU压力、Cache压力三个指标。 一般情况下，选取以上三项进行温度压力测试即可。
正好比较了一下，9700x，微星主板，酷里奥p60t双塔，25度室温 默认tdp功耗墙88w，待机45 50度，FPU单烤70度左右，CPU Z跑分单核870，多核8200出头。 打开bios里面的105w开关，实际功耗墙解锁到142w，待机没什么变化，FPU烤机直接撞95度温度墙。
如果是 amd，挨打64的 fpu 尽量别用了，我超频后单烤fpu瞬间过100度，30秒直接 黑关机，但就算这么超频，平时用，无论是压片子还是打游戏，就没有超80℃的时候，我觉得算法有些问题
