Four of our restaurants were recently honored at the Michelin Guide awards last November, with InterStellar BBQ (#2 in Texas Monthly) receiving a coveted Michelin Star.

A lot of little cafes and restaurants are also within a couple of blocks. La Terminal in Coyoacan on Calle Centenario. Cash only. Awesome. The restaurant is tiny and the food is homestyle (re: excellent). Quintonil or Pujol in Polanco if you want a Michelin Star level meal. Quintonil is incredible and one of the best meals I have ever had.

Rosemeyer is literally in a trailer on the side of the road and is fantastic. Free beer while you wait too. My buddy dragged me to Rosemeyer a couple of years ago because he knew the guys. It was work the trip. I believe Corkscrew has a Michelin Star so I imagine that lines has gotten even crazier.

I don't see any Michelin stars next to the HEB. The a la carte prices are in line with or higher than places like Fearings at the Ritz in Dallas, Pappas Bros Steakhouse, Al Biernat's and on and on. That's not sustainable here. We don't have enough people living here to keep rotating through the restaurant a couple times a year.
